The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited 5A schottky diodes have a reverse voltage ranging from 40 V to 100 V. The schottky barrier rectifier has a low forward voltage drop and comes in a JEDEC DO-27 package. The fast switching schottky rectifier is used for freewheeling high frequency inverters and polarity protection.
